The Google (God) Code of Conduct Preface is :
"Don't be evil." Googlers generally apply those words to how we serve our users. But "Don't be evil" is much more than that. Yes, it's about providing our users unbiased access to information, focusing on their needs and giving them the best products and services that we can. But it's also about doing the right thing more generally -- following the law, acting honorably and treating each other with respect. It goes on to list such things as, Integrity, Usefulness, Privacy and Freedom of Expression, Responsiveness & Take Action.

FAKE LOCATIONS of FLEUR DE'LISSA FLORIST from GoogleWatch.com.au pursuant to complaint by competing florist.

 Google first notified of fake locations 2 months ago in November 2010.
•
 Google re-notified early January 2011.
•
 As of 20 January 2011 Google has not removed the misleading or deceptive fake locations.
•
 Misleading or Deceptive Conduct and Misrepresentation is in contravention of Australian Consumer Legislation & Common Law.

 Google first notified of this web page on 21/01/2011 - COPY OF NOTIFICATION :
You have been adequately informed over the past 2 months about your misleading or deceptive representations regarding the Fleur De'Lissa florist published false locations. You have failed to rectify this conduct that is forbidden under Australian Law. Further details are now at http://googlewatch.com.au and the matter is to be also reported to the ACCC in Australia and published to all that would regard it as relevant.
